By accessing or using cortexshell.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

The Site is a marketing and informational website operated by SIA CraftIT, a company registered in Latvia (registration address: Loka iela 10, Ādaži, LV-2164, Latvia). The Site provides information about the CortexShell software product, including features, pricing, and deployment options.

Use of the CortexShell software itself — including access to Docker images, configuration templates, and API credentials — is subject to separate license and subscription agreements entered into at the time of purchase or trial sign-up. These Terms do not govern use of the software product.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIA CraftIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue — even if SIA CraftIT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SIA CraftIT's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed €100.

  • Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to make use of the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
