2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC) to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how visitors use this site. This includes pages visited, time spent on site, approximate location (country and city level), device type, and browser version. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. No personally identifiable information is sent to or stored by Google Analytics.

When you submit a contact or installation request form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, country, selected plan or deployment environment, and any message you include. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry or send the requested installation materials.

Retention: Form submissions are retained for 24 months, after which they are deleted.
2.3 Bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v2 (Google LLC), which analyses behavioural signals and your IP address to determine whether a form submission is automated. This processing is necessary to protect the integrity of our forms against spam and abuse.

2.4 Web fonts (Google Fonts)
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. No cookies are set by this request, and the IP address is not linked to any other data Google holds about you.
